The Games in Vancouver are the warmest Olympics to date. The world-wide weather pattern El Nino is being clamed. Temperatures are averaging almost forty-five degrees. The usual average for cities hosting the Olympic Winter Games is below freezing. But the warmer weather isn’t all bad news. There is still plenty of snow at the skiing venues and some experts say the warm temperature can improve the athletes’ performance.
