Coffee Estrogen

Researchers say caffeine may affect estrogen levels in women.
A new study shows Asian and African American women who consume caffeinated beverages tend to have higher levels of estrogen.
White women who consume caffeine tend to have lower levels.
Researchers studied soda, coffee, green tea, and black tea.
But coffee seemed to have the greatest impact on estrogen.
Variations in estrogen levels —-produced by caffeine— do not appear to have positive or negative side effects in women.
