A second winter storm is expected to hit the region tomorrow. Accumulation of one to four inches is expected.

The smaller storm comes just days after Blizzard Nemo dumped several feet of snow on the region. Boston Public Schools are expected to open on tomorrow for the first time since last week.

The Boston City parking ban is also set to expire at 6 p.m. tonight. Yesterday the MBTA began regular service after shutting down bus and train service over the weekend.

Logan Airport had cancelled close to 30 percent of their scheduled flights on Saturday. As of today, many of those flights had resumed as scheduled.

More than 40,000 residents remain without power throughout the state. Service expected to be returned within the week.
