Mayor Marty Walsh, city officials and spectators cheer on runners at the finish line of the 119th Boston Marathon. Caroline Rotich of Kenya wins the women’s race with an unofficial time of 2:24:55. Lelisa Desisa of Ethiopia wins the men’s race with an unofficial time of 2:09:17.
