All but one of the Republican presidential candidates will be debating for a second time at the CNN Reagan Library Debate on Wednesday.

Jim Gilmore, the former Governor of Virginia, could not find the support to place him in either of the two debates in California, even though he debated live at the Fox August 6th debate.

The rules set by CNN stated a candidate must receive an average of one percent in any of the three national polls taken in the past two months, which Gilmore was unable to achieve.

The remaining fifteen candidates who did meet the criteria, the four with the lowest rankings in the polls will debate at 6:00 PM. The eleven with the highest rankings will go head-to-head at 8:00 PM.

The top eleven in order by national polling, according to CNN, will be Donald Trump (24%), Jeb Bush (11.5%), Scott Walker (9.5%), Ben Carson (9%), Ted Cruz (6.3%), Marco Rubio (5.7%), Mike Huckabee (5.6%), Rand Paul (4.7%), John Kasich (3.2%), Chris Christie (3.1%), and Carly Fiorina (2.2%).

The bottom four in order by national polling, according to CNN, will be Rick Santorum (1.2%), Bobby Jindal (1.1%), George Pataki (0.52%), and Lindsey Graham (0.47%).
