An interview aired on CNN last Monday with Indiana Gov. Mike Pence. He ratified his commitment to Donald Trump to stay on the ticket for the presidency. “[It’s] the greatest honor of my life,” Pence manifested.

Pence was questioned about the video published by the Washington Post in which Donald Trump objectified a woman but Pence “believed him.” He expressed that Trump “was talk, not actions,” in reference to the video. Pence assures that Trump’s remarks don’t reflect his personality.

Republican leadership worries about the consequences of the video. Pence published a statement condemning Trump’s remarks during the weekend and suspended plans to represent Trump in Wisconsin.

Pence has stood strong next to Trump. “It’s absolutely false to suggest that at any point in time we considered dropping off this ticket.” To seal his commitment to his running mate, Pence tweeted a congratulations post stating “proud to stand with you as we #MAGA.” He used this acronym for “Make America Great Again,” the slogan of the Trump’s campaign.

Less than a month way from election day, Pence declared the general election is a choice of “two futures.”
