The 2017 Annie Awards brought the best in the animation industry under one roof. The Annie Award is an American award that highlights accomplishments in animation.

The awards show was held at UCLA’s Royce Hall in Los Angeles, California. Moana, Finding Dory, and My Life as a Zucchini were among the many films nominated to receive this prestigious award. Disney’s Zootopia came out on top with 11 nominations, followed by Kubo and the Two Strings which received 10 nominations.

Television nominees included popular shows like Bob’s Burgers and The Simpsons. With over 30 categories covering both television and film, only the best took home Annie Awards.
