It looks like the Miami Dolphins front office is headed into some rough waters.  Dolphins offensive line coach, Chris Forester, resigned after a video surfaced showing the 57-year-old snorting a “suspicious white powder” with a rolled up bill.

It appears Forester shot the video himself in what looks like the Dolphins facility.  He sent the video to a woman Kijuana Nige Sherrod, who then posted it to Facebook. Sherrod acknowledged a previous relationship with Forester. She  stated that she wanted to expose what she calls a double standard in the National Football League.

During an interview with ESPN Radio’s Dan Le Betard, Sherrod stated, “How do we have someone who is paid millions to be a leader for a team doing blow, when we can’t have blacks kneeling for the anthem? … Let’s be honest here. If this was an African-American man, if he was a minority, they would have fired him. They would not have given him the opportunity to resign.”

Though his resignation was put into immediate effect, the Dolphins organization has stated it will “work with him to get the help he needs during this time.”
