Sox Fans Celebrate the Champs

Boston sure knows how to throw a party. Thousands of fans packed the streets from Fenway Park to City Hall as the Red Sox victory parade rolled through. The festivities began with players and coaches talking to fans and the media at Fenway before hitting the streets of Boston.
It was the 11th parade in Boston since 2001, fourth for the Red Sox, but the frequency didn’t stop the fans from celebrating. Some staked out seats early this morning to beat crowds that would go ten deep in certain spots. Fans went crazy along the parade route, cheering, blasting horns, and interacting with the players.
It was a festive atmosphere all day in the city of Boston. The Red Sox thanked fans on Twitter saying “Together We Made History,” adding, “you were there every step of the way on this remarkable journey.”
