New England Patriots owner Robert Kraft is being charged with soliciting another to commit prostitution. He faces two misdemeanor counts.
The Jupiter Police Department in Florida said Kraft will receive a warrant for his arrest.
Police said they obtained video evidence of Kraft participating in a sexual act at a Florida massage parlor that is under investigation for human trafficking.
Jupiter Police Chief Daniel Kerr said, “We are equally as stunned as everybody,” referring to the billionaire owner of the Patriots.
Kraft is among a large list of people facing charges associated with the investigation.
