Attorney Todd Blanche Becomes Trump’s Second Highest Justice Department Official
By Anthony Ciano
Todd Blanche will join Donald Trump’s presidential team of officials once he takes office in January 2025. Blanche previously served as Trump’s attorney in the hush money trial where he spearheaded the efforts to pardon Trump.
Blanche joins a growing team of Trump’s allies that have been appointed for his presidential term, including former presidential candidate Robert F Kennedy, Jr. and technology billionaire Elon Musk.
In a statement on Thursday, Trump emphasized that Blanche “will be a crucial leader in the Justice Department, fixing what has been a broken System of Justice for far too long.”
Todd Blanche will now become the second highest ranking Justice Department official.
Along with Blanche, both Emily Bove and D. John Sauer, allies of Trump, will also be headed to the US capitol in January to serve under Trump’s presidency for his Justice Department in his efforts to reform the government.
Republican politicians have a majority in the Senate, the House of Representatives, and now will be filling executive and judicial positions as Trump takes power in 2025.
