Tea Party Convention Hits Nashville

The group’s goal is to elect a conservative congress and president come 2012. The activists say no party shares their views when it comes to limited government and individual liberty.

Jennifer Coolidge Gives Advice To Boston

By Diana Jeong The crowd that packed the Bill Bordy theater got faked out when the lights dimmed and went back on for what they thought was Jennifer Coolidge’s entrance. As the audience sat in anticipation, a slideshow appeared showing clips from her most popular movies including “American Pie,” “Best in Show,” “Legally Blonde,” “A Mighty Wind,” and “For Your Consideration.”

‘Dear John’ Breaks Hearts

By Tori Bergland Sniffles and “awwws” filled the theater of the newly-released film, “Dear John.” The movie is based on the novel by Nicholas Sparks. The director was Lasse Hallstrom (“Chocolat”, “Cider House Rules”). It is a tear-jerking love story where two characters have a difficult time giving up the memories of their carefree two-week romance.
