HYPE Fashions Delivers a Show Stopping Night of Local Designers

Winthrop, MA – HYPE Fashions strives to provide a marketplace showcasing the unique styles of each local designer. According to Sarah Roth-Oosten, owner of HYPE Fashions, she ensures each client she works with receives a tailor-made service that provides a fun, lively atmosphere where the audience can shop, mingle, network, and enjoy a show all in one night.

According to Sarah Roth-Oosten, owner of HYPE Fashions, she ensures each client she works with receives a tailor-made service that provides a fun, lively atmosphere where the audience can shop, mingle, network, and enjoy a show all in one night.Sarah began the show with a presentation of a few outfits from her boutique called “Le Petite Boutique.” She acknowledged the crowd that the featured clothing was a mix of vintage garments and accessories by various designers from all over the world. The models walked in outfits ranging from day wear to cocktail attire.
Local manufacturer, Sterlingwear of Boston, presented an array of its fall/ winter collection. Their fashions represents the classic, hardworking nature of their American based company, which specializes in the peacoat. They have merchandise all over the nation, located in select specialty stores.
The final designer, Veronkia Tyupova, is an independent fashion designer born from Ukraine. She has experience as a designer, runway producer, choreographer, makeup artist, and model. “I saw these beautiful flowers one day and I could see it. I just saw what I wanted to create,” said Veronika. The collection presented stems from her childhood, a representation of creating something incredible from simplicity, and everyday life.
The venue also presented collections from Stella & Dot, a boutique-style jewelry company, and Adornments by Artsix, a company specializing in recycled, vintage, and new accessories. In between showcases, the crowd was open to view items on display and talk with designers/ representatives of each brand. A special appearance from former America’s Next Top Model contestant, Bianca Golden, drew in the audience each time she appeared on the catwalk. She has graced runways at the Mercedes Benz Fashion Week as well as on the television show, Project Runway. After the show, all designers and models spent some time speaking to the crowd and taking photos.
