Two Republican presidential candidates, Carly Fiorina and Chris Christie, have pulled their bids from the consistently shrinking GOP field today.

Carly Florina, former Hewlett-Packard executive, posted a message on Facebook, telling her supporters “While I suspend my candidacy today, I will continue to travel this country and fight for those Americans who refuse to settle for the way things are and a status quo that no longer works for them.”

New Jersey Gov. Chris Christie made his suspension announcement on a call with his campaign. He has not yet made a public announcement.

Fiorina and Christie both consistently performed poorly in the polls, and made weak showings at the Iowa Caucus and New Hampshire primary. Fiorina finished seventh in both Iowa and New Hampshire, and Christie finished tenth in Iowa and tenth in New Hampshire.

Neither candidate has announced an endorsement at this time.
