Blac Chyna Sues Kardashians

A war is fuming for the Kardashian family. Blac Chyna, former fiance of Rob Kardashian,filed a lawsuit against the Kardashian family for defamation and interfering with the contract of her reality show Rob & Chyna. Rob Kardashian is accused of physical abuse and sharing her private materials. In addition, Kim Kardashian, Khloe Kardashian, Kourtney Kardashian, Kendall Jenner, Kris Jenner and Kylie Jenner have all been named.

Blac Chyna and Rob Kardashian began dating in January 2016, and got engaged four months later/ However, by the end of 2016 the couple announced their separation.  The ex couple share an 11-month-old daughter named Dream together, and they’ve reached a custody agreement.

After their breakup Rob Kardashian took to his Instagram account of nine million followers to share nude photos of Blac Chyna along with accusations of her cheating on him. His account was suspended. Blac Chyna responded by posting a snapchat in which she accused Rob Kardashian of physical abuse.

Revenge Porn Laws are in effect in the state of California, where the incident took place. Rob Kardashian could be seeing himself charged with a misdemeanor and a  $1000 fine along with up to six months of prison.

Blac Chyna and her lawyer, Lisa Bloom, claim that Rob Kardashian’s “slut shaming” has led to the cancellation of their reality show which could have been a lucrative business opportunity for her. They also claim that the Kardashian family has worked to discredit Blac Chyna  by mentioning her past as a stripper.

Representatives of the Kardashian-Jenner family have yet to comment.
