(Phoenix, AZ) — As we get closer to game day, injured players are seen participating in the practice sessions for the Kansas City Chiefs and Philadelphia Eagles.
Chiefs wide receivers JuJu Smith-Schuster (knee) and Kadarius Toney (ankle) came into practice alongside cornerback L’Jarius Sneed (concussion) and linebacker Willie Gay (shoulder) as well as the rest of their team.
When Coach Andy Reid was asked about the injured players practicing he said “All the guys that were banged up, I thought, moved around well today. I talked to them and they said they felt well.”
At the Eagle’s practice all members of the roster practiced, but cornerback Avonte Maddox (toe), tackle Lane Johnson (groin/rest), and lineman Cam Jurgens (hip/rest) were limited participants.
Both teams prepare for tomorrow’s practice which is expected to have the highest intensity of the week.
