The LVIII Super Bowl Performance Lineup

This year’s Super Bowl performance lineup will have music fans on their toes with stars like Usher and Reba McEntire who are set to light up the stage.
The Super Bowl is not just about the game. Many tune in for the events surrounding the big game, such as the celebrity-filled commercials and the star-studded musical performances.
Usher’s upcoming performance at the Halftime Show was announced back in September and was followed up by a spur of excitement and noise from his fans. Usher, previously having appeared as a guest during the Black Eyed Peas performance at Super Bowl XLV, is set to take the stage as a headliner for the first time.
Usher will without a doubt seize the stage at halftime, but he’s not the only high-profile celebrity fans will see.
Country Music Hall of Famer, Reba McEntire has been recruited to sing the national anthem “The Star-Spangled Banner” this year. The anthem has played a significant role throughout her career as it is the song that helped her land her first record deal. When McEntire sang the anthem at the 1974 National Finals Rodeo in Oklahoma City, it piqued country singer Red Steagall’s interest in McEntire. Steagall helped finance her first musical recording.
Just days ago, McEntire took to X to express her feelings ahead of the big moment. “I’m honored to be part of something as big and historic as the Super Bowl coming to Las Vegas for the first time,” she wrote.
Entertainment company Roc Nation announced that 10-time Grammy nominee, rapper and singer, Post Malone will join McEntire during the pre-game celebration, singing “America the Beautiful.”
R&B and soul singer and actress, Andra Day, was enlisted to perform “Lift Every Voice and Sing.” The song, often referred to as “The Black National Anthem,” is a reminder to Black Americans of the ongoing need to unite across generations and raise their voices within the community to defend their human rights.
Multi-instrumentalist, songwriter, and producer, Adam Blackstone will produce “The Star-Spangled Banner” and “Lift Every Voice and Sing.” Blackstone has worked with A-listers like Jay-Z and Nicki Minaj in the past. Fans speculate modern renditions of these anthems might be brought out.
Pre-game performances will start at 6 p.m. ET on Feb. 11, with the actual game kickoff scheduled for 6:30 p.m. ET.
