Protests against Trump and Project 2025 planned in American cities.

An online movement against President Donald Trump has formed plans to protest in several cities across the United States on Wednesday, February 5th.
The Massachusetts protest is set to take place at noon near the State House on Beacon Street in Boston.
These protests were largely organized under the hashtags #buildtheresistance and #50501, which stands for 50 protests, 50 states, 1 day. Websites and social media accounts for the movement have circulated online flyers criticizing Project 2025, a list of proposals created by conservatives that would expand presidential power.
Kelsey Brianne, who helped organize the protest in Michigan, spoke of her involvement in the movement, saying, “ I want to look back at this time and say that I did something and I didn’t just sit back.”
On Sunday, thousands of people in California marched in opposition to Trump’s plans for large-scale deportations.
As President Trump continues to sign executive orders, democrats have begun to raise their voices, and plans for protests continue.
