Senator Ted Cruz came out with a new campaign ad Monday – released only two days after Supreme Court Justice Antonin Scalia’s death. The contents of the ad emphasize the responsibility of supreme court nominations and also makes some attacks on Donald Trump.

The ad zooms in on an image of the Supreme Court Building. Accompanying the image is a narration saying, “Life, marriage, religious liberty, the Second Amendment. We’re just one Supreme Court justice away from losing them all.”

The ad then directs its focus on Trump. Clips of a 1999 “Meet the Press” interview with the billionaire mogul are shown, where he says, “Well look, I’m very pro-choice. I am pro-choice in every respect.” Trump has since changed his mind on the issue, standing now as anti-abortion. It ends with the narrator saying, “We cannot trust Donald Trump with these serious decisions.”

The ad will air in South Carolina, as the state’s primaries are being held Saturday.
